ok, the characters are nicely modeled, but they dont seem really alive to me, work on theyre poses and not just put em in a position,...

I'll agree to that, trying to make characters "come to life" is something that I am always trying to work on... even on single frame stuff. Which is why I still post in the beginner gallery ; )
