Hi and thanks for looking
Im just a digital artist that really hates umbrellas and sunglasses, god i hate sunglasses and sweetcorn, dont know why i ever chose that user name!
if you check out my gallery you might notice that i like sci fi paintings and i absolutly love corel painter, such a user friendly program and great selection of brushes. ive been painting for about two years now, before i discovered digital painting i had no interest in painting or art in general, i achieved an honors degree in computer animation and through which i was introduced to digital painting, i became obsessed with it. I have ALOT to learn but i am happy with my progression.
thanks again for viewing my work and any comments, especially critical ones are appreciated.

This is quality work and it evokes so much! I love science fiction and "weird" fiction and this does so much to evoke many of the moods that I enjoy in such novels as Perdido Street Staton, the Scar, and Iron Council--all by China Mivielle. It also reminds me of the entire Viriconium Cycle by M. John Harrison. Having said that, I must also add that this piece stands on its own as a superb work of art! I love the sense of color, depth, and mood. Great work on every level and a profoundly gorgeous composition that I'd LOVE to see in high resolution. Something this epic and beautiful deserves it.
