Description
This is Mrs. Carter, one of several comic book characters my sister and I created several years ago (I'm estimating 2001 or 2002). Since I've improved so much, I decided to draw her again. She used to be one of my favorites to draw. She's rather psycho, and it's hopefully not too difficult to tell that she's one of the villains in this picture.
