Description
Some people (I was gonna say women but then realised the rule applies to men even better) look totally different when they put their make-up on. And since they look different, they're perceived differently and therefore act (re-act) different than they would without the paint on their face. Strange aren't we?
The first day of Spring and my third year on Renderosity. I don't get older, I just get better *sigh*

Ah, the origins of make-up! Originally it was used in rites to take on other personalities, to distinguish between different tribes, or for facial or eye protection (as with the Egyptians). Only later the aspect of beauty popped up. Hey, what tribe are you? What role are you playing? Do you have sore eyes? Or are you just trying to... impress me? Beautiful portrait anyways!
