Hello all ! I havn't been around much in the last few days ..( Mike has had to do his grades -they have a new computer system now at where he teaches ) and so then I have been getting some much needed rest ! THis little Jack russle was a ham !!. Before my father died he used to tell me stories about one of these dogs that he grew up with . That they were so smart and it was his all time favorite dog ever!! So with that in mind I saw this doggie while out on a walk . He came over and stood up begging as I had some food with me. He was so cute! I didn't like the provious background so I did some of my smudge painting I do on it.. Will get caught up on comments soon ! Thank you for all your love and support! love to you all! We have a rat terrier and he gives me shivers at how darn smart he is. Sometimes I think he is smarter than me. He thinks so too. Great picture Kimarie, of this little beggar, and nice background work.

This could have gone in the Portraits gallery, as it is a most wonderful portrait. And a 'begger' could go in the Social Commentary gallery ;-) but this one is way to cute for that. You sure got a way of doing those backgrounds and borders. Excellent shot, Kimmers! See ya!

Oh yes this Jack Russle looks really cute and so hungry! We also had a Jack Russle. He was black and white and his name was Max! Jack Russle are lovely dogs but also nervous ones! LOL I love this wonderful postworked dog portrait! Thanks for posting it! V
