VERY nice painted look! I've been making a lot of ones like this too. Maybe a good way to take out some of the digital vibe that turns off art buyers due to their misconceptions about what we do. The canvas filter in PS is great. If you have PSP, try a combo of "Brush Strokes" and the "Fine Leather" filter. I've been using that combo in conjunction with textures made in UF and gotten a pretty decent painted look, too. Beautiful flame, btw - lol!

Beautiful job ! This puts an entirely new perspective for me as to what's possible with flame/art. Would make a beautiful textile design as one large image, or repeated with the watercolor look on textured fabric.

Wow Nick this is a wonderful flower - you have out-twiggyed TwiggyP. You have achieved a lovely balance of colour and the texture is the perfect finishing touch. I am delighted I have managed to inspire someone - congrats and my sincere compliments :O)

Excellent non-digital look for some people indeed more acceptable watercolor painting. Not sure why , both are creative acomplishments for me. This one is superior.

This is a very different style for you, but you did it so well. A lovely flower and you've applied the perfect touch in post to bring this image together.
