Beautiful job. his left people has a few issues but the issue is not your issue, it is a poser issue. Awesome render. The subsurface scattering is gorgeous!

Very realistic, the eyes do lack a certain something and the skin texture isn't a high enough resolution for this size of render. Very nice though.
