Splendid B/W composition. It sure is surrealistic ! I like the water effect (or is it fog ?) at the bottom of the image.

A wonderful sculpture. The lower half of the image looks like mist or possibly waves. The direction of the mist/waves also give a feeling of motion or wind direction. The sculpture also appears to be leaning into the wind direction as if trying to withstand the battering elements. Brilliantly done.

It' s cool,I like the undersea atmosphere. Lighting is great although for me the use of color is too marginal (LOL)

It's our past and our future melding together to make this wonderful smokey, dark image. It's amazingly beautiful.

Man your good!!! Sweet composition for this limited color beauty. I love how your form is half buried in the sand. Oh! I see a little mandlebrot in there :) Beautiful, Simon.

I think the sense of movement is really enhanced by the contrast of the leftward "lean" of the shape and the "rightward" flow of the clouds (or mist, fog....whatever that is). Very thought-provoking...

It's easy to study and appreciate the shapes and lighting in this lovely B/W image. It looks like it is swirling away.

I'm late to the party, Simon, and all the good comments are taken! I love the dark and stormy feel - Missie Mandelbrot expressed it very well. Always impressive, and always provoking - your images make my day!
