Description
"Where wolf??" one may well ask after a direct hit with one of the pure silver, .44 calibre, 275gr hollow nose slugs.
My uncle had them made as soon as the killings occurred that full moon all those years ago. It was a wintery full moon 6 months later when he finally saw the beast. 6 harrowing months of terror for the residents of our town.
He realised that he may have to get dangerously close to the beast to destroy it, but he found it that midnight, over a fresh kill, in the middle of the school football field. It was a freakishly bright night. The icy calm of night was shattered by the report, and the monster dropped from a headshot.
Considering that the distance was 230 metres it was one truly incredible shot with a handgun.
Blender images have been scarce of late. I have not found a really good (or reasonably priced) model of an M29, so I decided to make one. It isn't finished, but I was getting impatient to have some fun with it. The textures are all Blender freebies.

Very nice modelling, I'd like to see the finished product some time soon.

It's a good rendition of an S&W Model 29. Interestingly enough, I saw an expert handgunner break a party balloon with a .357 at 200 yards. Your story shot isn't impossible.
