Description

Here are my three loved photos from my last winter walking-tour. It is beside the mountain Watzmann above the lake Koenigssee (King's Lake) near Berchtesgaden, Gemany. Every minute starts a snow avalanche aloft in the mountains. It sounds like a strong thunder. At one photo you can find such a avalanche. The way passed by the mysteriously ice cathedral. (But she wasn't visible this time.) Then the way brings you to the mountain peak, the Steinernes Meer (Steaning Ocean). But this is a very long and very hard tour for strong men, not for wimps like me. :-( --- Thanks for looking.

That sort of looks like fun. The avalanches scare me though.

Beautiful light in this one. A nice way of presenting your images, in trios. Never saw that before. Very well done!
