Description

One rainy day in beautiful Paris I visited the Eiffel Tower and the adjacent gift stand for the very first time. Which was real, which was imaginary? It was one of those days in which I retreated into my rain hat and promised myself that I must do something special with these two images I captured. When I got home, I did that and here's the result.

Ha ha, you did well. I always wondered why I get more impressed looking out of the Eiffel Tower than on it. Your work shows why: its shape is so well known that it doesn't penetrate our minds any more. Seeing your picture gave me a new perspective. Thank you.

Bright and beautiful comp. What a lovely idea and one that really took imagination and thought.
