Description

Created for Imagine FX issue 3, along with a tutorial on it's making. This was great fun to do, and a nice trip down memory lane, as it's been a while since I did any woodland images! - I also managed to create the scene using all my own props and textures created over recent years. The foreground tree trunk and Fly Agaric mushrooms were modeled in Cinema 4D, and were once sold here on the MP - they now reside with Daz. The BG trees and textures are from my various Ultimate Woodland texture packages here on the MP, and the stones are ones I modeled in C4D, and supplied Daz for the Daz Studio Environment starter pack. The 'collectors' net was modeled in Cinema also. ...but it was all assembled, lit and rendered in Bryce 5 anyway! ;D

Oh NEAT!! I love it! I wish I had the patience to create stuff like this. I settle for quick Poser or D|S renders and cheap parlor tricks. This is just gorgeous.

Excellent. Can't wait until that issue comes out, I always have trouble with Poser figures, plus my lighting always seems a bit harsh in Bryce, unlike this pic!

Great work Adam! Bloody trolls! My only critique would be that maybe her wings should be more transluent. Mak

Great image! how the hell do you get the hair to import into Bryce properly? when i try it it ends up looking like a Vileda super mop.

Amazing idea, Adam. And excellently done as all your artworks. Love the lightining and the focus on the fairy which lets that mean troll lurk in the dark even more. Very storytelling image indeed - bravo!!! :)
