Description

Created and rendered using VRAY in trueSpace 7. No postprocessing done. I was kind of thinking about characters from David Weber and Robert Heinleins books when I did this. Larger (1280x960) version to be found here: http://www.stansight.com/tmp/SpaceGirl7Big.jpg

Awesome work Stan, I've been following the progress of this image on the tS forums. I absolutely love the light that shows from under the visor. -vote-

She's arrived at the Weber-Heinlein singularity, all right! Not sure about that NASA badge, though (her attire seems a bit too regimental). She sure seems confident and determined, just like every good Space Cadet should!

Thanks for the comments guys. I was wondering when anyone would notice the NASA badge :). I got it from their website. As far as I know it is the official badge. Since this image does have a Science Fiction theme I was imagining that one day NASA would get off it's, err.. "laurels" and become an actual spaceforce sometime in the future. :)
