I'm not sure if there is much advice needed. This is a very beautiful scene. Perhaps like Belgareth mentioned you can learn some more about lighting. But I think this scene already looks great!

I'm a newbie myself and struggle with lighting; I agree with Belgareth about lighting placing out low intensity lights for radiosity effects which dramatically improves the render quality; for more details check the Vue tut section (tuts by thomaskrahn) - keep up the great work!
