Description

This is an experiment I've puttered with over the past week. I started out following the cloth painting tutorial in DIGITAL CHARACTER DESIGN & PAINTING. About 80% of the way through the tutorial I decided to try a crack at satin rather than the bed sheet texture depicted in the tut. Thanks for all past and present comments. The dim lighting here really helps highlight the gleam in her eyes and that satiny robe -- I think you've perfected its sheen! This has that luminous look of oils on velvet. Masterful work!
