Description
G'day. This was taken (tripod + approx 1 second exposure) on the last night of closing celebrations of the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. I went with my son (last night) (along with several hundred thousand other people) to watch the lights & fire works and these giant fish floats on the yarra River. The fish have steps in the middle and people walked from one to another during the opening ceremony. The fish are about 10+m wide each. They had huge water fountains and changing light colours in each fish. I will be posting some more of the fish, city lights and fire works over the next few days.
Enjoy
Lou

How special is that! Love the lights and the reflections. It's like something from a childrens story. Well done.

WOW - my mom says that she's tireed from watching last night. I prefer the events to the opening and closing but if I was there I'm sure I would actually watch...
