Description
TITLE: Hammertime
CONTEXT: I've bought an assembly kit - simple furniture piece...
STORY: ...And after some 3,5 hrs of closely following the manual instructions (little progress despite lot of sweat, some minor injuries, short-circuit and wasted screw-driver) I told to myself: "I need a hammer - and the dude, who wrote this manual..."
TECHNICALS: Initially I intended to post this picture in 3D Commune "Funny thing" contest, but after closer examination of the rules, I posted there something else. It's other approach to impossible figures (than in "Triangle3"). Here I checked one simple figure in sophisticated environment. 1513 objects, 499lights, Rendertime - 57 min (1120x836 - normal quality). "Box" and booklet modelled in Wings, screw-driver - trueSpace, screws - Bryce preset, textures - Corel Draw, postwork (rescaling/converting/signature only) - GIMP.

I am a carpenter by trade, and this is excellent! If I could figure a way to really build that thing, I would give it a go and submit the photo :) The screwdriver is the crowning touch. Great job!
