Wow!, it took ages to find out the best way to try and do these boots, but, I think I got there in the end. Cimema 4D 9.5 & Photoshop

Pretty cool. One minor criticism, though. The background wall tends to "drown out" the actual boots, since it's almost the same color/texture. Other than that, great job!

The boots are really well made but I agree about the similar wall texture drowning out the model. I also think the stitching on the boots look like the are drawn on in pencil afterwards. Top model though.

I like the monotone feel of the image but the stiches are a bit off and there are no shadows for the laces. It's a great image but I think it needs a few touches here and there. Great modeling job.

Thanks Guys for your constructive comments, The stitches have been rectified, but, I cannot explain why there are no shadows from the laces !, all the lights have soft shadows active !!!!. many thanks marina01
