Love the skin texture. Looks real!

Great character! I love the skin and expression. My only suggestion would be her left arm. The wrinkles in the clothing don't flow. They kind of just stop. Also, her sleeve runs into her breast a bit, and kind of changes the lines. Try unbending her shoulder a bit, and it may flow a bit better. Small point, otherwise, excellent render!
