Wow.. Nice detail work here Eve! Major improvement on the earlier version. Does it have a nice heated room for George and his Kaiak? If not... Sorry George.. You can't have your Kaiak and heated too! (sounds funnier if spoken) Anyway.. super job dearest Eve! Bravo and a vote from Dave :^)

I'm in what's the cost of membership? Great place heated room or not I'm bringing my Kaiak. Dave I did say it out load, good roll to it. Well every one says major improvement I'll join that club too. The only thing I find is that the grass needs cutting considering the prices they must charge ! Excel job Evie keep a Bryceing. "V" George!
