Wow!!!! Man this one is way way over the top.. The detail and no post work??? You've created something truely beautiful here... Please tell me more about the creative process used in this one. Is the background all one set or did you enhance it? I love your textures lighting and the textured of the closes figures hair. Your lighting too is way smooth. Excellent conceptual design and execution.

Thank you very much. At the begining my creative juices (lol) started when I hopped into my bed at 1:30 am.. Thinking, more thinking...I couldn't sleep. So, I got up put the coffee on and sat and thinking. I knew it was a difficult to do, so I started with Poser 4. then I created the dead man, face, armour, skin etc.. Then I had to create the second figure. This one took me a couple hours until I was happy with the exception his face and hair.. So, I went to Poser 6 to create a mans head with hair. Next I moved to Bryce and swithced head. Not so easy as I thought, because I imported it without grouping, which means that every piece of it needed texture. That took the longest time.. All textures are mine re: armour. Ok, so I was happy about the last detail for all my textures. Simply I created .BR5. Next was to create the place. Obviously I used parts of the gothic cathedral which I have used many times before. I had to enhance many of the parts inside i.e. new flag, change of the podium and so on and so forth, which I created my second .BR5. Then merged them together. Lighting is one of the critical process. I used the simple way, try and try again. Finally I have more than I expected, which happens often (lol). I was missing something but I didn't know what.. I left it alone for a few days then I knew. Another figure with and a dog. Therefore is the sitting knight and the dog who is looking at the wound. Tried and loved it. Then I zoomed in and out until I was happy. Then I select the pov. It is a sad scene but everyone goes though it. I hoped that I created an intense, moving render.. My apologies about my writing..since I have had a stroke.

Very emotional scene. The human poses are great, but the dog needs a little more work; he looks unnatural, and that detracts from the scene. The armor is outstanding. Overall, good show!
