When frustrations boils over, we lose our good senses and become destructive. Question is, once we have destroyed, are we wise enough to rebuild or even learn from the incident? Marcus Aurelius (120-180 AD) once wrote: Think of all those who filled their days with anger, suspicion, hatred, and fighting - and are now dust. think on them and what has become of their wrongdoing. This ought to calm you down. As for myself, I am trying very hard to heed those words and live a better life, now that I was given a second chance. Thank you for sharing Nina. All my best to you. In a civilized society it isn't alway acceptable to express our anger in ways we might like to, so we have to explode in acceptable ways. Art offers us many avenues of expression. Anger is one, and to me it is theraputic. I hope you feel a sense of release and the return of your infectious joy Nina.
