Took the advice given....Gave the trees,etc. a little deadened and wind burnt look...and let it snow!...Thank for the info fellow renderes!

Just a friendly thought: maybe you should change the ground texture to something soft and then adding billions of grass instances; :-) - seriously, imho the rock surface lookto hard for trees to grow there.

Ground looks better, but the snow is still too bumpy imho. have you noticed that the bark of your trees in the upper right corner have a horizontal cut in the middle? Welcome to Infinite bugland!
