First of all I want to start out by saying welcome to "Renderosity"!!! You stated you needed some help so I want to give advice to you just please dont take it personally. First of all you really need a better skin texture there are real nice free characters in our free stuff section. Look up artists Vali & mari_e17 I think they have the best. Also you need to pick out poses that look natural and comfortable of you would look. This pose makes her chest look ackward. I would also include lighting which you can use distant lighting or spotlights and always click for shadows. With this pic I think the point of view could be better maybe have her looking straight on and showing more of her body. Lights will probably be the trickiest for you and there is some tutorials here that you can read or my friend "dreamlight" has some lessons he gives and he is a master of the lighting tricks.
