Description

I was messing in Poser to try and keep my mind off my best friend being in the hospital. They think she has a blood clot somewhere and so they're doing a bunch of tests. She lives in Canada and at least I was due to go up and visit her next week, so I'll be there personally soon. I tried this first with IBL AO lights from As Shanim, along with the skin texture being a P6 As Shanim tutorial....but my laptop absolutely hates IBL AO renders and I really didn't like how it came out. So I selected another set of lights and tried again. The texture on the Bat Labs Ribbon dress is my own concoction of a P6 material and turned out very nicely. Background set is also an old As Shanim freebee. I've often wondered, if the Ribbon Dress were a real article of clothing, how much spirit gum it would take to hold such a piece on the body. that's a very spiffy material! the only thing i don't like here is the background; it's not hi-res enough for the size of the image. ya know, i'd probably render her in front of a plain white background; i think that would allow the material and skin to stand out more without any distraction.
