wow i like this not many people choose to create males and its a good face design too. i like the impurities in it its very realistic i think the only thing holdng it back from lookign so real you cant tell the difference is the hair but its still a brilliant job and i know its difficult to get things spot on. maybe the eyes could have been dulled down but its better than i could do and deffinately one of te more realistic picture :)

jose is quite the hunk with those luminous eyes, you're showing that off nicely. but the hair doesn't work for me -- his facial hair is dark, and the hair colour you picked is too far off for that to look realistic. try again with brown hair? also, i'd do a smidgen of postwork where the hair parts, because the texture there looks too repetitive. hope that helps.
