This is realy nothing special only an exercise in lighting and mood, the skeletons are out of DS.
"One day the sun will set on our world and what will we leave behind for those who may gather to ponder at our marvels..."
This scene is set in the deep future, the sun has died and our planet is left void by the unrestrained forces of nature which has reclaimed all that we had built and left only relics in it's wake.
