Wow!! I am an archi grad and I really love what you posted here! is this your design? excellent dude! I love you also shwon the floor plan and everything. love whta you did in the interior; those indoor garden. I love the teflon coated roof and structural elements of the building. However...ammm I really want to see the upper portion of the structure in plan view..and I donnu if you accept these recommendations: one thing I noticed..there's no urinals in the males' toilets, No fire escapes or emergency exits, the Gym is too small - just cheak and consider the proportion or what are the facilities and amities to be put inside that room and the number of occupants..and put adequate parking slot. Good luck to you buddy! well done! :)
