Description

OK..I know it is a bit morbid...but I have been working on this image a little at a time for a couple weeks now and I am not happy with it...but tired of working on it! Ready to move on! I got this idea after a co-worker came to me with photographs of 2 white deer. So beautiful. He proceeded to tell me that they were in a woods close to his house and that he had been watching them for some time...he told his neighbor about them...neighbor went out and shot one. I was soooo sad when he told me that! I just dont understand some people!!! Makes me mad!! Have a good weekend and beware of tricks!! :) Thanks for looking in on me and for your comments! *HUGS*

Excellent, I am a vegetarian I dont eat meat or fish at all still I find if you kill an animal for meat is one thing it is those that hunt for sport or parts or fur that bother me, I will never question a man the right to feed his family. Dayna xxoo

Senseless slaughter....GRRRRRRRRRR. The ramifications will come back to haunt the one who did it. Excellent portrayal of your feelings on the matter.

Sad story, my friend...but your art captures this with a true deep-felt emotion. Love the effect you used on the deer. It enhances the innocence and sense of loss so beautifully. A Heartfelt and truly emotive piece. Touchingly done, Chrissy.

One day the animals will shoot back! Evil people and they try to justify it by calling it sport. Well expressed Chrissy!

Now that's a very sad story! How people can be so heartless towards such beautiful harmless creatures is beyond my comprehension. Wonderful image Chrissy, beautifully crafted and very heartfelt! Huge Vote!

I totally agree with dont understand the cruelness of killing animals unless they are the means to feed you. I certainly wish I could be a vegetarian but just cant live without meat. I love the surroundings in this pic excellent job, I do think the deer came out a little to bright (but it does make it look like its on its way to heaven that way)....Shannon ;}
