Description
This is not a single render. This is two renders combined in photoshop- The only way I had to get both models in the same image.Apparently, the combined file is so huge, no known program can handle it.
Poser yells about memory and texture sizes.
DAZ/Studio managles the geometry.
Vue, like Poser won't take the combined file- again the models have to be rendered seperately- at least going by the demo.
And Carrara 5? Who knows. The demo refused to import ANY files.
And so, for the time being, this train has to be rendered one car at a time- if you're lucky and Poser doesn't just sit on it's butt- which it has also done.
If I sound more than slightly frustrated, I appologise. But this situation should not exist. My system has a maindrive of 120 gb with 1gb of Ram, and two other drives slaved it with their memory available.
It's all very frustrating....

Well Madison, I understand your frustration, and you're right, it has nothing to do with your system. Vue Espirit could handle it if you save the files correctly and weld them. Vue recently had a memory upgrade which fixed some issues, but I don't know about the trial version. I still compose everything in PS because it gives me more ability to add postwork, and because Poser can't handle it. Excellent modeling! (V)
