Man this is truly wicked. I flew over Greenland on my way back from Israel 2 yrs ago and I couldn't see anything this detailed. Maybe because I bought the cheepie seats in the luggage compartment the pilot took the pauper tour route lolol. The terrain detail looks fantastic, super intricate. I love your snow mat too although it is a little too blue it couldnt possibly be real ;) lolol. Excellent photo.

How great to get a gander at these ice rivers before they all slide off into the drink. Incredible detail - you must have had a clean window!

[Ed Note: It was on a commercial flight, UA955. The view is to the north, flying west, local time about 10:30am.The light gray streak perceptable on the middle right is the shadow of my airplane's contrail! My seat was on the middle aisle, so I went to the small starboard side galley window which was not so clean, and if I squint I can still make out some blobs of blur/goo in a vertial swath just left of center.]

I didn't think a crystal clear pic like this was possible through a plane window...simply awesome!
