Created using UF. My work colleague has taken up wood-turning, just as a hobby. Occasionally he brings in an array of somewhat unusual but artistic wooden objects that he's created over the weekend. Last week he placed a wonderfully carved egg-cup made from yew wood on his desk. Perfect for a boiled egg and toast in the morning. Then he asked me to close my eyes and he proceeded to produce something else from his bag. When I opened my eyes, he'd placed an enormous ostrich-sized egg on top of the egg-cup. That put smile on our faces for the rest of the week. Anyway, this is my attempt at creating an object from wood and as the title suggests, it's made from walnut burl.
