Somebody suggested bumps on his skin. Viola! No more smooth skin. Maybe I'll get around to making a scar too!

There aren't really any raised skin just no bumpy skin. I mean the skin isn't so smooth. It has more of a worn texture to it.

I sorry but i still don't see any bumping, maybe you should create one with a real head. I know this site where you can find one ( http://www.freetextures.com/body_index.html ) I used one of those tex to create the tex and bump for my cartoon head. (Dorky),But don't worry i will give you a 10 anyways
