Description
Found this while looking through my old scraps- and garbagefolder. Must be about two years old, but I thought some could like it.

nice design, compact, the bullets remind of a type I heard about a few years ago,a plastic bullet for air marshals, they go into the body and expand like crazy but won't come out,and if you miss they are too soft-bit of a balancing act to get the density just right- to penetrate the hull of an airplane:)

The SKP-50, right? Well, it's got the quality I got used to from your work, but what I like best is the new form of presentation. Doesn't look so sterile like most of the other weapons, which lied just on an black ground.

Looks good, but I doubt it would stand on the magazine like that- should rather lie down. The thumbnail also hinted toward a more interesting pic IMHO. For davidwalker457-there are bullets called Glasers that are plastic jackets with lead shot in liquid teflon that produce some interesting results...

Technical and physical issues aside, I think that this is a great model and a very cool render. Shadows are a bit confusing, but considering this is a couple of years old I'm sure you've already figured out how best to play with your HDRI images.

Yes, I think I have become much better than that. This is actually one of the first images that I rendered with HDRI. Not the first, but at the time I didn't know that much about the right settings. The depth effect is very bad and the foreground is too blurry, even though the gun is dark. About standing on the magazine... welll my P99 stands on the mag, when it is loaded. And yes, Crusader. It's the SKP-50 "Ultima".
