Description

Another picture from a ski-trip in the mountains above Eresfjord, a small farming community on the west-coast of Norway. I'm getting higher day by day:) I'm now at the bottom of the last mountain face that we are going to ascend - the rest of the trip continues along a ridge (as you will get to see later on). Here, dominating the horizon is a large pyramidal mountain slightly right of center that is called Kj

Wonderful capture of this desolate landscape! Love to see it! Utter silence. Virginal snowcover. sigh Excellent work! Reminds me of writing once a program to show mountains on screen of a computer to discover mountain tops. Not easy to discover it but with good maps you're halfway!

I wonder what the temperature is up there! It is nice that the sun is shinging and the sky so blue against the pure white snow. :-) Simply wonderful scenery!!! V
