Description

I just finished the Getting Started Training CD from AsileFX (very good btw!) So I am trying to apply what I learned. I have NO idea if this is any good, but I kind of like it. Please comment and let me know what you think :)

Oh, i think it is more than ok for a first start. I love the color mood you created here and thevegetation. The light maybe could be a little more on the beast in the front. AND, this beast seems to be flying a little. Maybe the result of the missing light (and therefore missing shadows.) Last but not least it seems a little big compared to the rest of the scene. But all things that can easily be changef and then it will be an excellent image.

Beautifully done - as Wabe suggests, a light would really improve and sharpen this scene. Bravo!

I actually have a spotlight right on the leopard. I have it at full intensity, but maybe I need to lower it? It actually has some ambient light turned on, but if I turn it on too much it washed out the sky. Same as if i put a point light on, it washed out the sky. as to the flying. He does have his right rear and left front paws on the ground, the other two are up as he is running...but that is not quite appearant, not sure how to fix it as I cant pose him I do not think...thank you so much for the comments! I will keep at it :) I love Vue! I am a Bryce convert, and I still do Poser :) Given what I posted about the lights, how would I best fix the light?
