Description

On Friday I came and they had what you see on the upper left [your left as you face the screen] Then on Saturday I got to the show around 2pm and they had the tin on as you can see on the upper right side. On sunday I got to the show around 10AM amd they had what you see the left middle shot. The other middle right and lower shots was taken on Sunday afternoon. They was laying them out so the school childrens can come and pick up they work. All the potty was done here by the high school children. The ones that was not pick up was put into boxes and brought to the schools that the children came from. This type of kilt was used about 5000 years ago and in some third world places. these people that made this pit came from North La. thanks for comments and looking

guess you all wondering why the out of forus and in forus on these photos. Well there was some dirt that got on the lens when they fogged up on the hot metal shot and I did not see it intill I got home. now I know to clean the lens when it fogs up for dirt will stick to it then lol. I did my best sorry. But this will do to show how a pit kilt works

Excellent composition and fine detail work of the pottery and kiln. Great fun for the children and appreciation for the adults who put in the time.

Looks like it might be some kind of archaeological dig with all the different kinds of pottery. Interesting sequence of shots, I hope you didn't have to pay to get in all of these different times!

they used cedar wood. They would have put in cow chips but it rain in North Louisiana so it was all wet. They told me Cow chips was use long time and it would put a diff color on the pottery too
