Yes am still playing around with the stamp. I too am trying to get use to my new software Corel PhotoShop Pro X. I'm trying to get use to having different things in, and out of focus. I wanted the city to be the focal point in this one. I always wanted to do a city skyline from a distant hill or mountain side.
Thanks for looking and comments always welcome.

Its no particular city or town, just some thing I saw in my minds eye. The small lights off to the side is suppose to be the nearby town in the valley. I would have loved to be able to put a road in this one, or even more so a little parking spot for a lover lane type of thing. However, I have to use what I have. :(

I think it's a great first shot at the concept, and please keep playing with it/refining it until you get what you want :) The city skyline is very effective...and I really love the use of the blues in the sky and buildings to tie them together. If you're after more photo-realistic effect though, sodium lights tend to reflect an orange glow from low-lying clouds, if not, stick with the blues 'cos they look magnificent! :) Am really looking forward to seeing your next cityscape :)

Great job (as usuam) ma'am! Big city blues... sounds like an old music. Perhaps, Eric Clapton already sang it... ;) Keep it up!

The skyline is GREAT! Coloring, lights, skyscrapers fading to suburbs ... Very cool!
