Description
The Tourists are pouring in. The beach is no longer my own or the kiteflyers. But plenty of sketching material as hundreds of shapes and sizes head for the sand. These flowers grow like carpets in some of the smaller bays.

Such a lovely carpet of flowers, Rozanne. I was up to my wrists in clayey soil at my mother-in-law's the other day, doing the weeding, and watching a big fat bee. Suddenly it started snowing, lightly. The bee continued to fly round a bush in the bed in front of me, in the snow. It would have made a beautiful shot, that even I would not have messed up. I hope that you have some nice weather for the Easter weekend, Rozanne, and experience Joy and Peace, even if the touristaas have arrived! Regards, John.

Incredible and beautiful natural carpet ! I've got something similar near where I live, on the beach of Almanarre, famous one for wind-surfers and kiteflyers too. and flowers are covering a part of the little dunes all along the 5 km of beach. It's a wonder ! I love your composition, with just a touch of green in the middle of all this pink, gorgious ! V
