Oh, I love the background. It is so hard to find a good background these days. The only problem I see is a perspective problem with the trees. Because of the angle (or perhaps the actual size of the tree models) the hill behind your central figure and the things on it seem very tiny, making everything else seem giant by comparison. That being said, the water is beautiful, and the snake itself looks as if it might actually be wet, which I know is no easy task to pull of. Good work.

Excellent composition and scene - but if I may just recommend one thing - soften/blur a bit the shadow the snake is casting on the shore (it's a bit too sharp).
