Very interesting. My father rebuilt one of these war planes and made it into a passenger plane. From your images I cannot figure out which one it was. One of the B's. I should see if I have a picture of it and show it to you. Ohhhhh I know where there are some pics of it...unfortunately in New Hampshire. Wont be going there anytime soon. lol. We used to fly from New Jersey to Vermont on weekends to go skiing. It seated quite a few people, but what an elephant of a plane it was. The thing I liked best was that it had a bathroom. LMAO !!!! Was there a B 52 ? Or is that a Jet. LOL. As you can see, I know my planes. Thanks for sharing this. I havent thought of that old bomber in a long time.

Nice collage. Do you know what the rows of yellow bombs on the upper left picture signifies? The number of successful bombing runs made by this airplane? Just wondering... Beautifully restored all of them.
