Description

.....at Wendy's froggy and lizard spa. :-) I think he really has more than he can handle. He kept trying to do the head bob thing to scare me away but could barely even pick up his head with that mouth full of squirming grasshopper. I got a couple of okay shots but you all know how cooperative lizards are. I got one shot of him with head up, red neck pouch out and lizard in mouth, but it is not as up close and detailed as I like. I may post it and one of the others anyway, we will see. Great clarification! So glad that it was between the lizard & the grasshopper without any human involvement. Good macro and looks like no one willl have to cook dinner for tonight. LOL & HUGS!!!

You just had to say, "squirming grasshopper"! Ugh. Think I'll skip lunch today. Amazing photograph though! You have outdone yourself - again! That poor grasshopper was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. All of a sudden I feel better about my own day now!

Damn girl!!! I can almost see right down into his ear cannal. Now, you see those little teeth there? That's what latched onto my son's ear lobe. He wore that lizard around for over an hour... just dangling off his ear. Fantastic macro!!! {{VOTE}}
