Ah, there is nothing quite like rush hour in a city... but even above the chaos and impatience, the sky above is peaceful and serene.
This is the rue de la Loi in Brussels, Belgium at around 5:15pm on Monday.
I desaturated the buildings and the traffic with Photoshop to make an interesting effect. I hope you find it pleasing. :)
