Never thought about it like that....but there is a story around this image though... When I grew up grandma used to tell us a story about King Winter and his cave. I never saw any image of it since it was a story that were in no books. But I've always tried to picture that cave that King Winter lived in. The only thing missing in this image that was a part of the story, is a walrus on each side of the door. According to her they were standing there like guards. But the door to this cave was hard to find in her story and I made it as invisible on this image, so there were nowhere I could place these "guards". That's the original story behind this image anyways.
