Something about me? O Kay! I have recently moved to North Carolina from Oregon, and being recently retired,I find myself busier than ever. Photography is a whole new world for me and I am most grateful for your comments and time taken. Thank you.BIOWhere to start? First, let me say that I am a very young mother with very old children(4 sons), and my motto is "If it doesn't sparkle, don't buy it". I am either a 'new hippy' or a 'new gypsy',(the vote is still out on that). Let me say how much I am enjoying all of the wonderful exibitions of your talents. Thank you, May our gracious Creator, Jehovah, Bless each of you and your wonderful appreciation of His Creation.

I feel much loneliness in this photo. A feeling to we can have when there are 1000 people around us, but one only smells oneself...And this river is like the life, perhaps too calm and in the search of emotions... Excellent photo my friend!!! great a very good day ;) kiss

pictures like this give me hope that mankind might not, after all, bugger up the ecology beyind repair - Go Mother Nature :-)

A deep mystery indeed. Have you asked any locals why they had been there?

Swamps, Stairs, Trees, all you need now is some doors these things hold so much mystery for me I just have to draw them as you may have seen in my gallery. For a young mother you take a nice photo.

Ooooh ooooh ooooh, now this is mooooooooooooody!!!! Wonder how this place would look with a bit of thin mist hovering over it. What do you say about trekking back there one cold september-morning for me huh? Muahahaha! Beautiful find and capture Claudia!!! Have a wonderful day. #:O)

Wonderful capture of a nature place where spring has not yet started... Looks like some previous Troy (tmathise) uploads ! :~)

This is a great capture Caludia. I love scenes like this, places of mystery. On nights of the full moon, a ghostly southern mansion flickers back into existence to be haunted by former owners. Decay as art! =]

It is so good to hear there is a place where a swamp reclaims what man has invaded. The reflections in the water alone would have made an excellent picture.

Nice shot.

I think this is neat. Excellent find

I like that the stairs lead nowhere anymore. As said earlier - nature takes back what was hers. Oh, I think it looks like a scene from the Evil Dead, cool photo though.
