Description
UF3, levels in Photoshop.
I'm looking for something that has to do with heavy texturing
but haven't found it yet. I love old frescoes where
sometimes you can barely distinguish the image,
I love them as they are, without restauration.
But it's so very difficult to create new images
that look meaningfully old...
Well, I'll keep on trying.

This is really interesting!! Perhaps if you could reduce the strength of the background "smudges" it would be more to the effect you are trying to achieve...? Just a thought...

i like it as it is, but for your effect, perhaps the blues should be a bit more faded! just a thought...

The overall composition and subject matter is excellent - but , I do agree with the other commentators that the pointed wispy and misty underlay/overlay does not improve the picture . IMHO your beautiful ornamental white structures and antique background are excellent and stand on their own terms .......... Michael

Bellissimo...lo sfondo mi ricorda una tappezzeria antica ed il chiaro mi fa venire in mente un fiore che si chiama gypsophila. Con i tuoi fractal stuzzichi la mia fantasia :-) Brava!
