Description

Ultrafractal 4.02 Thought it was time for a little color, seeing as how Spring has sprung - in the Northern hemisphere at least. Reckon our Aussie friends are starting to have Fall, now? Anyhoo, the colors on this spiral remind me of a big red macaw they had at a small, privately owned, zoo in town back in the 70's-80's called Houser's Zoo. Just a VERY small place and you could feed all the animals so we'd bring loaves of bread and big bags of walnuts for the elephant they had. The macaw's claim to fame was that, with such close quarters with the visitors who were young and boisterous, the bird spoke but most of his words were cuss words. That bird knew words even I hadn't heard b4! lol Seriously, he cussed a blue streak and we all got a real kick out of him. I think his name was Mel. So, except for the blue I changed to green so's I could try to make the funky looking leaf, these are the colors of the feathers ol' Mel sported. Thanks for stopping by - Polly wanna cracker? lol Rick

As happens always when looking at your work: the longer I look the more details I see. Like the "cagework" in the background, yet another different leaf, those tiny little thingies behind the spiral at the bottom... I know I couldn't make something like this. Masterly.

Actually, I think this is the Devil in disguise. I can see his tail near the upper right corner of the render. And it is well known that the Devil can be very alluring and gorgeous-looking. As is your image. So: vote
