Here is a dedication to one of the finest soul musicians it has been my privilege to meet.
Waldo Weathers, was until recently, the baritone sax player with the James Brown Band.
Waldo, formed his own band, The Mix shortly afterwards and is friends with great musicians like, Bobby Babbitt (Bass on Signed, Sealed, Delivered, by Stevie Wonder and played with Diana Ross and Barry Manilow, to name but a few))
Jabo Clark and Clyde Stubblefield, (Original drummers with James Brown) are also friends of his.
I just feel like hopping on a plane to Nashville to go and watch him live at B.B. King's Bar.
