It has that look of "not ready yet" that sparks fear as the spotlight hits the presenter of the first slide in the morning meeting. For a time the presenter is alone leading the audience sitting stoically. The ominous sky holds bolts of real lightning when it is time for question and answer. She sparkles. She vamps, and then the lights are coming on. ...
