Thanks for all the awesome comments and info about stopping smoking! I appreciate it, and it helps to know that others have been successful and are willing to give me pointers that help ease the transition to a non-smoker!
So in that vein, I offer for today's post, what I am feeling like at times, lightheaded and dizzy, or 'in a spin'

eat a apple (or a peach, what ever) instead of smoking a sigaret, to avoid spinning, and create more of these beauties, RS
